Warts on mouth and nose (Veterinary)

Hi can someone please advise me what I can do to help my little pinto filly. She is 2 years old, and has hundreds of warts all over her mouth and nose. I have had her for only two months, and someone said they will disappear however, there are so many.Is there a product or supplement I could use to help her? From Cliaire

Am afraid that I cannot really see anything on the picture you attached. Would it be possible to take a picture of the nose/muzzle only and attach that? I would prefer to first see what the lesions look like, before I comment.
