Reporting abuse
Posts on the discussion forum are not moderated by a human moderator. Please help us to ensure that the forum is not abused by reporting unacceptable posts.
Please report a post if it violates our terms of service.
Here is an informal list of guidelines for reporting a post:
- If the post is rude, uncourteous, defamatory, harassing, etc.
- If the post violates the anonymity or privacy of another member.
- If the post contains illegal or adult content.
- If the post contains copyrighted material without permission (this includes attached pictures).
- If the post contains any contact information (such as phone numbers or email) of another person or entity.
- If the post is done IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
- If the post contains "leet" speak or slang.
- If the post advertises anything.
- If the post is mis-categorised.
Reported posts will be looked at by a human moderator. Human moderators can make decisions about whether posts should stand or be rejected. If a human moderator decides that the post should stand, no further reports can be made about that post. Please be aware that human moderators are only human - if they made a mistake which is important, please email izak@horsejunction.co.za.
Note also, that according to our disclaimer, HJ and its human moderators are not liable for these decisions, legal liability remains in all cases with the original poster.
