Hi Guys
I have no idea why I am always put in this position.
My aunt has moved to Canada.. They have now decided to put their house on the market, and moving doggies over is a no go expense wise..
Male Labrador, neutered, 5 years old
Female Lab x GSD, spayed, 3 years old.
They are in randburg, JHB. Obviously prefer if they go together.. As far as I know they are very friendly and playful... Do bark and set off warning signals when necessary..

There is an animal network who try to help people re-home their animals. Please email description, ages, temprements, what they are like with other animals ie cats, kids, if animals are sterilised, what they eat, any medical problems, photo's, etc to hayley@anresco.org

Well I thought I had a home for these two. But the person who was going to take them, decided last minute that it wouldn't be a good idea as they have no boundary fences on their farm.. Surely you know that before you say you want them..
Just venting here... If you plan on moving overseas, deal with your animals before you go, don't leave them for family and friends to have to deal with the heartache.
We are picking them up tomorrow, and my mom will be taking them to the Nigel SPCA, on a "boarding" scheme, where they wont be put down.. how legit that is, I dunno, but I hate to see all those dogs locked up, so I can't do it.. And I have 5 dogs, 2 that have behaviour issues, so I can't introduce more in, until they are sorted out.
I'm trying to convince my sister that they don't need too big a yard, as long as they get excercised... but don't think that will work.
Just sucks...
